At Trylab, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. In that case, we’ll keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside our control, such as courier issues, strikes, or natural events. Trylab is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
